ok....so my question is kinda silly,.,........I have some paintings done which I want to submit along with my application as a supplement. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to submit them....since the originals are big...i got them scanned in the computer.......i am not applyin to the architecture school......any ideas??

you wana apply to rice? rofl

When my daughter applied to Rice a year ago (she's a freshman there now) she submitted an abstract from a lab internship she'd done, and I'm pretty sure she only had it in jpg format, so similar to what you'd have from scanning your artwork. I think you should be able to submit that. If you aren't sure, I'd encourage you to call the admissions office and ask them. They're very friendly and helpful.

Definitely call the admissions office and ask.

My son sent something in via regular snail mail. It all goes into your file and was received after his on line application was submitted. He is now a Freshman at Rice.
