Question About TAG Agreement

<p>Hello, my question is about the TAG agreement, I was wondering when do they usually respond to students who have applied online. From what I researched, you apparently are notified late October, can anyone verify this. Oh, and one more question about my admittance chance</p>

<ul>
<li>I have a 2.74 GPA, but currently I worked my ass of this semester and will be receiving all A's in my classes, raising my GPA 3.07, by the end of Fall.</li>
<li>Volunteered at a hospital for 100+ hours</li>
<li>Had a part-time job</li>
<li>Finished two semesters of Organic Chemistry and other assist.org suggestions</li>
</ul>

<p>I know my GPA is horrible since it is 2.74, but when I was reading up on the school I want to go to, their TAG agreement states "You must earn a cumulative 3.0 minimum UC GPA earned by the end of Fall term 2010 and maintained through the end of Spring term 2011." So what will be my case? And what are the chances do you believe of me getting into UCSD. I am a Chemistry/Biochemistry Major which is not impacted.</p>

<p>Most people here have no idea what TAG means. You need to post your question in one of the forums dedicated to admission in the state where you live, or dedicated to the particular university that you are interested in. If you click on “Discussion Home” in the upper-left of this screen, and then scroll down, you should be able to find a better place to ask your question.</p>

<p>If I wanted to apply for a tag agreement this coming fall 2011, is it required to have completed English 100 aka Freshman composition? I have taken one English course though. And as for the original question that was posted I think you should contact a counselor and someone at the UC too. Good Job. Your hard work is going to distinguish you as an applicant.</p>
