Question about UPenn essays... I used Penn's own app

<p>Penn's own app has the "why penn" and biography/first time/right thing essay...for the common app they have their own essay but the 2nd upenn essay is optional?</p>

<p>is there anyway i can submit an extra essay (3 total instead of 2) or maybe switch to the common app or something?????? ahhhh i shoulda looked at both first</p>

<p>also...the upenn thing has 300 characters for the short answer and the common app supplement has 1000? grr....</p>

<p>My son submitted three essays by using the common application. First there was the common app essay, then the Penn supplement called for two more --Why Penn? and one from a choice of several. The ability to submit three essays was our prime reason for using the common application.</p>
