If you have a multiple majors do you get multiple diplomas when you graduate from CMU? Someone else bought up the question of double majoring in two different school (MCS and SCS for example) and I had something to add to it. Do you get a diploma from each school?

also what degree do you get from CMU or does it depend on major? Ex/ B.A. or B.S. or B.B.A.

^^^I think that depends on the major

what do you get majoring in business?

Depends on major (answer to What degree you get?)

Dual degree = TWO degrees from CMU

Double major = Two majors on your ONE degree

A dual degree is several more classes than a double major

Both are doable with the double major being extermely doable.

Popular doubles/duals include SCS/ECE, SCS/Econ, ECE/Econ, Business/Econ, Business/Stat, Econ/Stat, Engineering/SCS,etc.

How hard would it be to get a dual degree from SCS and a double major degree in Physics and Math from MCS? lol is this option even available?

Take classes you like instead of worrying about chasing more stuff to have on your diploma(s). You're always allowed to take more classes than are needed to graduate, and sometimes it's better to pick the interesting ones and skip some of the required, boring ones (says the girl who realized that intro psych classes and annoying physics labs can be avoided if you're a CS major).
