<p>Hello, I would like some insight, I would like to apply as transfer into a closed quarter (spring 2009) and would like to know what the chances of appealing? I know that only TAG can apply other than fall.</p>
<p>I'm a transfer student (fall 2008 woo!) and before I applied to this quarter I had applied to winter. I didn't do the whole TAG thing so although you can't apply for spring you should still be able to apply for winter quarter unless they've changed it since then.</p>
<p>Unlike winter 2008 where we were accepting applications, we are not open for application for Winter 2009. We are also not open for application for spring 2009. Chances are slim appealing for a closed term since we've already published we are not accepting applications due to enrollment numbers.</p>
