Hello Everone,

I'm signing a TAG with UC Davis pretty soon, but I have one question. I took Theatre Arts at Sierra College on year and passed with a D (suprising since I only attended one class.). It was a class that I forgot to drop. I then retook that class at a different college and passed with an A. How will this reflect to UC Davis. Will they take both grades, even if they are duplicate classes? Will they only accept the D or the A? I'm only worried this will jeopardize my chances of completing a tag, since my GPA is on the borderline.

Thanks,
Sammy

when they calulate your gpa they will only use the A.

Thanks for the response.

Is there a system for determining if classes are EXACTLY the same? Although the colleges list the class name the same "Introduction to Drama." Will the UC explore the possibility that these classes are different?

Thanks,
Sammy

I was told they use ASSIST.org . Go there so if both classes are equivalent to the same class at UCD. If they are not, they use both grades for your GPA.
