Question

If a High School student were to apply to a University run by the same order of priests as their High School would does it help your chances of getting into that school?

For instance I attend a Jesuit High School and I was curious as to whether it would increase my chances of getting into Jesuit Universities such as Georgetown.

Georgetown has a high catholic population, but it probably more a matter of who applys rather than who they accept. I think the answer to your question is no.

it will definitely help coming from a jesuit school

The PR guide has all the standard stuff in the section about what Georgetown considers in the admissions process. It didn't say religion anywhere.
