Secondary school report has only eight spots to list courses that a student take in his senior year. I'm learning 11 subjects - how to put them all to the report?

Do school transcripts need to be translated to english? Should i also attach the original, foreign ones?

The international supplement sucks. Where is the space for counselor to explain school system in my country and my situation? Should i ask to add another evaluation or ask to put the info in the short space for evaluation in usual school report?

Here's the thing: my GPA is 4,5 out of 6,0. Sounds good? Nope. But what if i tell you that i attend one of 20 best schools in my country with 21% acceptance rate? Grades aren't considered for admission to colleges here, so nobody pays attention - neither students nor teachers. Teacher may say that nobody will get a grade of 5 in his class just for plain "motivation" and we can't do anything. Grade of 3 can reflect more knowledge than grade of 5 in average high school. Another point: i got 800 in chemistry, 780 in biology and 750 in math 2 subject tests in my junior year and grades of 4 in each of these subjects (no, i'm not lazy in the class). That's why 4,5 GPA is really high.

I'm not bragging, just asking what should i do...
