My questions:

1) I am planning on staying the summer to do a technical class and my R&C B. I need to get E7, Chem 1A, Math 53, Math 54 and Physics 7B by fall 2011. Which of this classes is curved (thus better taken on summer) and/or just better in the summer? Note: I know they are all curved but I was told for example Chem 1A curves were set and the same every time unlike for Maths which is curved on your actual classmates, is this true?

2) So I was told I didn't pass the AWPE so I may have to take College Writing next semester. How many books do I have to read? Is the load very heavy (represents 6 units)? What about essays? If I invest time at it can I pull an A on effort?

3) Should I take the schedule on the bottom in semesters to come or a better suggested schedule and why?

Thank you very much for your time!

Spring Schedule with College Writing:
CW R1A - 6
E7 - 4
Math 53 - 4

Summer
R&C B - 4
Chem 1A - 4

Fall 2011
PHY 7B - 4
MATH 54 - 4
ENG CLASS - 3
ENG CLASS - 3

Hmm I was planning on using my AP credit in chem to skip chem but since I’m a BioE major and have to take Chem 3A/3B sophomore year, would it be recommended that I take Chem1A in the summer? I don’t know about other classes but my Math 53 class isn’t curved unless it was a midterm which tons of people didn’t do well on, so then he curves everyone’s grades upward but not in a linear manner. He did this for only midterm we’ve had so far. For physics 7A, the curve is based off your peers, and I guess I happen to have some extremely smart peers, so maybe it would be easier in the summer who knows.
