Quick Question About Mid-Year Report -- ASAP please (and maybe chance?)

Hi,

I have one independent study course outside of my classes at school whose grade has not been returned to me. I underestimated the time frame that the final grade would be sent back to me.

I understand that most colleges would like the mid-years by the end of February and I have sent in an incomplete mid-year to all of them with a note telling them of this situation. Do you think they will accept anything after the end of february? Will this hurt my chances at all in admissions? Thanks.
