Random science question, need help!

Hey guys I have a random question about contacts vs. glasses.

I just wore contacts for the first time, and I was shocked. My face looked a lot better and I actually looked pretty freaking sexy. Not just my eyes, my whole face...whereas with glasses my whole face seemed less attractive... In real life (what other people see) does my face look like I see it through contacts or through glasses (hopefully what I look like when I look in the mirror with contacts on is what I really look like! =p)

Do any of you guys notice that contacts make you look better (at least from your perspective/when you look at the mirror in the morning)? Or am I just delusional

P.S. this question isn't about vanity, it's about optics/physics of lenses and light!

I think I look sexy with glasses on, maybe you've been using the wrong ones...

You might have the wrong shape for your face. Or you have the wrong strength lol.

The strength of my contacts are incredible; I never go out without them. My current prescription has lasted for 1 and a half years so far and it does a great job of maintaining my eyesight.

People definitely look different without glasses- sometimes better, sometimes worse. Probably most people that get contacts do it just to look better.
