I would say:

Harvard
Columbia (NYC culture)
Princeton
Cornell (high suicide rate= more competition?)
Penn
Yale
Dartmouth
Brown (tree huggers!)

(the last three are basically tied imo)

any other opinions?

well i heard that Cornell may be a bit easier to get into but hard to stay into. (don’t know if that’s true though)

but my list would probably be the following:
Harvard
Princeton
Yale
Columbia
Cornell
Penn
Brown
Darthmouth

I personally don’t think these lists are accurate…every ivy is competitive imo.

These posts are so rediculous and when you get to college you will see why.

while I agree these posts are ridiculous, I will bite:

Harvard
Penn
Princeton
Columbia
Cornell
Dartmouth
Brown

How many of you guys attended all the schools listed?

I have visited all, have friends at all, and have stayed at 6 for multiple days with students, so as far as competitiveness goes I’d say:

Harvard
Wharton
Princeton
Columbia
Cornell
Yale
Penn
Dartmouth
Brown

I split up Wharton and Penn cause in my eyes those are two completely different schools with different values and cultures.

cornell doesn’t have a high suicide rate, that’s a myth

wow, it took until the seventh post to get the suicide comment amended! come ON folks.

also…this listing thing so silly it’s not even worth saying why.

I wish Cornell could be last, then we’d get to laugh at everyone else struggling along. Alas that’s never going to happen.
