This thread fails. I'm sorry, but it's true. How on earth is your opinion supported by anything? Adcoms know which APs are most difficult. But that doesn't matter if your insanely interested in a particular subject.

Easy Ap Stat, Art History, Enviro, Econ
Middle: Most languages, American Gov, Compar Gov, Bio, AB Calc
Hard: Both English, American history, European history, BC Calc, Chemistry, Physics, Latin

thats pretty much it....AB Calc may be in the middle of middle and hard though

English Lang is definitely Easy or Middle, as it's an AP you can take cold and get a 5 on. Physics B would be medium I think, and Physics C would be hard (both of them). Otherwise that looks good.

It's really difficult to make a list of "most prestigious APs" when different people are good at different things. therefore, different people have their own weaknesses and also what they consider "difficult"

^ Yeah I agree. I heard from one Harvard student that AP Psych and AP Human Geo are not considered "tough APs" but APs are tougher to begin with. It really does depend on what you're interested in, and if one is interested in history they may take both aforementioned AP courses. However, science and math are required courses and colleges like to see that you challenged yourself even in subjects that may not be of most importance to you. So, one should take AP math and science courses that are challenging like Calc and Chem. (Math is always needed anyhow, and getting good grades in a variety of AP courses shows that you can handle to work in college). I heard though, that if you are a math/sci student, you should go ahead to take the AP Physics, Calc BC, etc.

It really is all relative to the person. There are things like Calc BC and Physics C, that are tough no matter what though because of more obscure concepts. Maybe instead of 10 most "prestigious" it could be 10 most "challenging?"

I took chemistry and calc BC because I knew they were easy for me. I would never take an AP language (outside of English) or history because I know I'd score 3 or less.

HAHAHAHA. that sounds really funny. prestigious classes.... prestige means absolutely nothing in terms of a class...that is really ridiculous
i think you could probably rank APs in terms of which classes/tests are hardest.
but not prestige
