If anyone could rate this on a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being least impressive and 10 being most) for me then you are wonderful and I bestow upon you a virtual cupcake. :)

Honors English 2 Journalism
Honors Precalculus
AP US History
Honors Molecular Biology
Spanish IV
AP Chemistry

I'm a bit apprehensive regarding APUSH and AP Chemistry. Right now I'm taking AP World History (our school has mostly freshman taking APWH, which is weird), and for first semester I have ended with a 93%. I'm currently also taking Honors Chemistry, and I have a 92% (though part of the borderline-ness of these grades is personal issues towards the beginning of the year, combined with my own stupidity, and severe addiction to the internet).

I would say a 9 or 10. APUSH and AP Chem as a sophomore is pretty impressive (along with Spanish 4 and all honors classes).

Whether or not you can handle both classes next year is a personal question you must answer for yourself. Maybe try talking to some current students in APUSH and AP Chem and get their opinion on the classes. You can even ask them what they got in AP World and Honors Chem and what they have in APUSH and AP Chem to give a rough gauge of how difficult the courses are.

I wouldn’t suggest taking 2 AP’s if you think it will be too much to handle and if you think you will end up with a much lower grade than a non-AP course. If you think you can pull it off, I think it will be worth it. It will be hard work, but hopefully it will be rewarding for you. Have you personal issues and internet addiction subsided? If these problems are under control, you should be able to do better next year (though your current grades don’t seem to be bad at all…).

I guess I would say 9/10? Don’t really know about rating schedules, but that looks pretty impressive. 2 AP’s shouldn’t be too bad, there was a sophomore in my AP Chem class last year who was taking AP Euro as well (at my school 10th graders take Euro and 11th graders take US), and I think she managed both pretty well. I will admit, AP Chem was a LOT of work, while AP US, though it is still rigorous, did not require the same amount of time and effort. This is just my opinion though, and it depends on the teachers you get.
If you think taking 2 AP’s will be too much, then don’t. It’s up to you. Maybe skip the AP Chem and just focus on the bio class? There’s always junior year for taking more AP’s.

^I know right? Taking Honors Precalculus as a sophomore puts you way behind the average student. You should at least be in Multivariable Calculus by now if you want a chance at your state flagship.

Your schedule looks great-- probably a 9/10. APUSH and AP Chem are hard classes but after taking AP and Honors classes this year you’ll probably be fine. Molecular Bio sounds like an incredible class-- is that like an AP Biology class, or is it an elective?
