REA Admit Financial Aid Info

Hola,

On the Admit page, when you log in, it says you can access your financial aid information via Axess.

i cannot find it anywhere (or anything else useful) on Axess.

has anyone been able to find theirs?

I logged in and went to STAP balance, and it says I am not eligble fo funds this year. I think all this means is that FA decisions arent available yet, as that admitted student webiste is not just for REAers

i dont think the admitted student website has been set up yet.

I did the same thing and got the same results, NJDS. Does anyone know when they came out with financial aid package estimates last year? Also, does anyone know if Stanford is still holding true to their “under $60,000 a year = full ride” deal?

Hi, I’ve already posted this on another thread, but considering this is obviously a pretty big deal, here is what I’ve been able to find on Axess:

Whenever I log in, there is a box of links at the top left of the screen headed “Quick Links.” Included in this box should be one titled “View Award Letters.” After clicking that link, you should have access to a PDF fail that shows your estimated financial aid package.

Hope this helps! =)

Also pafablanch, I personally am really close the family income < $100,000 deal, and it appears as if my aid package holds true to the policy that those in that bracket do not pay for tuition, so I’m sure that a “full ride” for <$60,000 is probably pretty legit for this year as well. =)

Does anyone know if the estimated aid package includes things like housing?

Based on the large envelope from Stanford, the estimated total cost of $54000 includes all expenses: room, board, and tuition. Since the financial aid numbers, expected contribution and scholarship, add up to this figure, I think it does include everything.

my financial aid was pretty good
i cant complain. when i told my teacher about it, she told me to tell people that i have to pay the amount that i get in fin aid so i dont get beat up my my frienda
hahah
about $42000 in grant aid
$3500 in self help and $2000 in contribution. cant complain

haha yea Im really happy with my packege (no innuendo intended). I just barely missed the 100,000 mark, so I was afraid I would end up paying a lot, but they said the parental contribution was only 12 grand!

Parental contribution: 600
Student contribution: 2000

My parents were just above the 60,000 mark. I was pleasantly suprised.

i’ve logged in to Axess lots of times but haven’t seen any financial aid info at all. does that mean i don’t get any??? :O
