<p>i just realized that it says please send this in a 9*12 envelope(the teacher recs) but my teachers put the recs in a regular envelope so they certainly folded the papers and didn't use a 9X12.</p>

<p>sp33d12 (or anyone else), in case you were wondering, Columbia tells people NOT to fold the recs/school reports because they scan all incoming paper documents into their admission database.</p>
<p>folding it just makes it harder to scan, so no big deal.</p>
