<p>Is it possible to receive financial aid (money from FAFSA) at more than one college? In my situation, I want to take 12+ credits at my local community college over summer. However, I'm already receiving aid at the university (the one that I'm intended to get a degree from). Can I receive aid at both the university and the community college? If so, how do I indicate that when renewing FAFSA for next year (07-08)?</p>

<p>I'm surprised no one knows the answer for sure since so many bigger university students attend CC over summers.</p>
<p>Your best bet would be to ask the financial aid office at your current schoool as they would have to coordinate FA with your CC college if you were eligilbe for summer school aid. Keep in mind that many students who take classes at CC usually pay out of pocket because the cost is considerably less than it it is at their home schools.</p>
<p>When you attend summer school if you use FA, your would be using your 2007-2008 allocation which means that you would have less aid available for the fall/spring 2007-2008 school year.</p>
<p>You would not be eligible for any aid other than private loans as you are not a matriculated student at the CC where you are taking summer courses .</p>
