Reception Honoring Top Applicants

How formal is this reception? What is the appropriate attire? Any information about this event would be greatly appreciated.

I actually received an email about this.

It said:
What should I wear?
There is no formal dress code, so please dress comfortably. Most students and their families choose to dress in business casual attire.

Decided it would be best to post the whole thing.
