<p>Is it okay for me to get a recommendation from a teacher who has only known me for about two months, or do colleges like teachers who have taught the student for at least a full year? She is my English teacher for this year and although she hasn't known me for a very long time, I know she'll write a good recommendation (we have had many talks outside of class, she knows my character, and I'm doing great in the class). My other recommendation will be from a teacher who taught me all last year... so will colleges be okay with this?</p>
