<p>I've completed my Columbia application online both Part I and II. I haven't submitted Part II in yet, as I've only gotten one out of the two recommendations online and complete. If I submit my Part II application, will it still allow me to access the recommendations portion of the application and submit reminders to my teacher?</p>
