Even I asked for a lot of financial aid.
I’m a French-American student in a French school in Hungary. And you? Congrats to you too!
International, asked for financial aid and accepted. Got one rejection and two accpetences (including reed) today. No word regarding the finacial aid tho. Does anyone know when they usually notify about the financial aid award?
For domestic students, does anyone know what specific FedEx service they use? (Ground, Express, Home Delivery etc) Curious if there’s any point to looking out for a package until Monday.
@sjmain It would be impossible for all packages to be received yesterday. Don’t start worrying yet.
@captainkjk I’m not too worried, I just know only certain FedEx services deliver on weekends, so I might not need to bother checking until Monday.
@sjmain Ohh, okay! I’m also waiting in anticipation! :-SS
I’m pretty sure they sound out the packages in waves, but it is 2 day.
Thank you! It would appear that Saturday delivery is only available at an extra cost, so I don’t think anyone else will get a package until Monday at the earliest.
@esperluette Indonesian here. see you at reed if youre going.
It seems like a good amount of internationals got wait listed. I got wait-listed, and asked for a lot of aid.
did anyone else get a comment on their acceptance letter in reference to their essay? i want to know if it was something everyone received!
My daughter had a handwritten note about her essay as well – nice touch! Also for whoever was wondering, it was FedEx 2day ground delivery.
unfortunately, to me it sounds like people who asked for more financial aid are getting waitlisted/rejected not cool but not surprised since reed is a small private.
Accepted on the east coast! I did need a lot of financial aid, but I haven’t heard anything about that yet. Does anyone know when we get the award letter?
Any domestic applicants get a rejection letter?
My D has received nothing. We are in Berkeley, CA. Should we be nervous?
@millefeuille Have you checked the banner self-service website? I haven’t gotten in yet, but I assume that’s where some info should be
Got in! From Washington state. They sent it through USPS instead of FedEx because I used a PO box as my address. Probably why it was slower.
Is there info on the website?
