referring to Penn in essay, NAME?

So for most of my Why essays on supplements, after referring to the school by its full name, I'd simply say what typically called in conversation (ie "Northwestern provides..." opposed to "Northwestern University does..."). For Penn, did most of you just refer to it throughout the essay as Penn, or U. Penn, or what? Also, did you all do 1 page single-space? (sorry I know that questions probably been asked 968301 times already)

Thanks

The official nickname recongnized by the university is Penn. You won't get too many ponts taken away for calling it UPenn. It really should be 1 page single spaced. You can fudge the margins a little, but really try to keep it to 1 page.

Its Penn 10char

Call it Penn, I've met and heard of alumni/students/faculty that get quite annoyed when it is referred to as UPenn.

I said "the University of Pennsylvania" at first then referred to it as simply Penn afterwards in the essay lol.

i did what emyo did, seemed to work for him/her.

yeah i'd go for Penn
