Your school submits officical copies of these, not you as a student.

When applying to college you need to request your high school, often through your counselor, to send an official transcript to the college. You need to do that for each college to which you intend to apply. Your high school will send what is required.

Please elaborate,I am an international student from India.

An official transcript is a record that the school maintains that lists the courses you took each year, and the marks you earned in those courses.

Your school must send a copy of this document to each college or university that you apply to for admission (at least, to every American college or university). They can send it via the internet, or they can mail it.

You must talk to an official at your school to make sure that your school sends this document. In many American secondary schools, the person whose duties include this task is called a guidance counselor.

American colleges and universities will not accept records that you have kept personally in place of the “official transcript” from your school.
