Regents Interview - What to Expect?

I recently got invited to UC Berkeley for a Regents Scholarship Interview. I am majoring in EECS and I was wondering what the interview is like.

What questions generally pop up?
How formal is it?
What should I expect?
Does anyone have any tips?

Berkeley is my top choice and I would really like to get the scholarship. Thanks for the help!

My son also got invited for an interview and is interviewing for another school as well. We have done some research and you should dress in business attire - suit if you have one, if not slacks with dress shirt and tie. We have also googled interview questions some suggestions in cc also say to re-read your applications to UCs since they may ask questions from there. Something that we found helpful is to remember that they think you are pretty special or they would not have invited you so be yourself and look at it as a conversation of them trying to get to know you better. Maybe discuss any new things that you have been involved with since you applied (scholarships, EC involvement, etc.) if it lends itself. Oh, and bring a resume for the panel just in case. Best of luck!

I think @letsshare its basically correct. I am bringing my letters of rec as well because they did not get a chance to look at those

My son interviewed 4 years ago. The event was very fun. He interviewed in Los Angeles (we live in Orange County). When we walked in they had refreshments and we sat at a table with some of the other students interviewing and a current student who fielded questions. Professors who were interviewing would come into the room and get the student and take them to another room to interview. My son’s advice to others is to just be yourself. He had just returned from a Youth and Government conference so they talked about that, and sports and a few other things. He got the scholarship, and ended up attended Berkeley and has really enjoyed his 4 years.
