Hahaa you are so encouraging! This is true. I’m just a tad bit curious
Last year decisions came out on the 20th (which was a Friday). I guess this year it is going to be a bit later which is not too surprising given the large volume of applications they received. I guess we’ll hear back sometime by the middle of next week.
Dean J posted on her Twitter that it was going to be later this year because so many of the mid-year reports were really late due to weather.
eeek!!! Who knows maybe they could be tomorrow!! 
At this point there isn’t anything to do but wait and relax.

I wouldn’t count on it. Dean J recently said decisions have been delayed by late mid year reports.
Does UVA send out an email saying decisions will be released on x day at x time or whenever Dean J posts is when it’s time?
I just checked my portal and under To Do List mid year report is still there for some reason even though my school sent it…when I click it says “initiated”, does that mean UVA received it? Anyone else have that
@bluepaint1 I’ve heard that they usually send an email the day before or early on the day of. Dean J also shares the date (once it’s confirmed) on her social media. I’m assuming it will be near the end of this week, since they’re still looking at apps

That’s how it’s gone for a long time. We queue an email to go out that night, but social media is faster than generating a broadcast email.

Lol, everyone calm down. When they know the date that decisions will be released they will make sure that WE KNOW. They are going to share!

so nervous!!! I had two dreams in the past week that I got in; they were so realistic that I woke up and jumped out of bed to tell my parents… then i realized it was just a dream hahaha anyone else getting delusional?

Really nothing we can do except wait and hope for the best. I’m sure Dean J will notify us (through her blog) as soon as she finds out the date and time
Decision release dates usually occur when the office will be closed the next few days…like a Friday. If UVA is closed for Good Friday this week, it could be Thursday afternoon. I believe it will be this week, based on historical patterns. I don’t think UVA would wait until next week - can’t remember when they did it so close to April 1. Every year things like mid term grades, etc. are late. This isn’t an unusual year, even though kids every year think things are different when they apply to college. My guess is that leap year put last Friday too early (March 18), so they’ll be going out the 24th or 25th. Just my two cents.
