<p>I was accepted into UC Riverside with a 3.2 avg gpa and a 2100 SAT but I let my grades slip to a 0.66 second semester. Now I worked it up to about a 2.66 gpa with no D's or F's and my question is: what are the chances that UCR will rescind the acceptance? Does anyone know a UCR number I can call anonymously to make sure I don't get rejected? Thanks</p>

<p>Having less than a 3.0 does not necessary mean your acceptance will be rescinded.</p>
<p>It’s mainly whether the classes you failed senior year are an A-G requirement.</p>
<p>In example. UCr only requires 2 years of math, 3 recommended. If you failed a 4th year of math. I.e. AP statistics, AP physics, AP calculus</p>
<p>You most likely will not be rescinded.</p>
<p>But why not call the primary source.</p>

I just have a bunch of C’s the second semester, AP Lit C, AP Biology C(unweighted because I was late for the AP test, and I think I’m accepted as a Bio major, is that bad? I think i can get it to a B in the last 2 weeks though), Public speaking C, AP Government/Econ C Discreet math B, Drawing/Painting B</p>

<p>That’s because UCR is awesome! By putting down the school you’re going to, it makes other people put it down, which really upsets me because UCR is a GREAT school, it’s up and coming and things are growing fast! Be positive!!! :D</p>
<p>Yea, when i went to ucr i found it pretty awesome. Also i know couple pretty smart people going to ucr as well. There is nothing to be ashamed of going to ucr. We should be proud instead :)</p>

<p>I know UCR is a good school. But looking at cold hard statistics, it does score lower then the majority of UC’s.</p>
<p>yea but does have its perks like how it would be easier to get higher gpa than other more competitive ucs. Grad school mostly look at gpa anyways so thats a big + for me</p>
