rescind policy?

Hi everyone,
Does Stanford rescind if you get a C? Legitly taking the hardest class ever and I'm so scared and I'm trying hard but I don't intend to major in this subject at all please help

No. How are the rest of the grades?

It seems there are two versions of a rescind.

 1. Total rescind. See ya. Reserved for really bad things - felonies, outright lying on application. Rare.
 2. One year delay. Take a gap year and show us you are ready.

You likely won’t get the second with just one C - assuming the rest of your grades are solid

(please note, I said “likely” because I, as random internet guy, can’t guarantee anything, so there is a caveat there. WIth that caveat, it would be exceptionally unusual).

Remember, Stanford does NOT want to rescind people. It is not good PR for them and they are professionals who are out to build a great class - not mess with people.

@gravitas2‌ All A’s–possible B in calc though.
Aghhhhhhhhhh

@kaleidoscoper. You should be fine. Just try to keep that one C a C by getting higher grades in that class so that there is no chance of getting a D as final grade…enjoy the rest of senior year without getting serious “senioritis”…
