If I ended up getting a D in my AP Biology class, would I end up getting rescinded from Rutgers and/or University of Maryland? All my other grades were A's and B's.

You might want to/have to explain that...

No. Dnt think so.

I doubt it, but you should have an explanation ready.

Of course, the best solution is to just not get a D. Don't slack off.

Maybe...it all depends. If they were really iffy about you then probably.

You will have to explain it though...colleges might think that you are slacking off and can't handle harder work.

This was the first advanced science class I have taken in High School. I have taken all honors/APs for LA, Math, and History but never before for science. I thought I could handle AP Biology and I'm trying hard to maintain the C I currently have but it's very tough. I guess I'm just not good at science.

Maybe. To fully make sure you get in, do not get a D.

If you are a Junior I recommend that you not take an AP science next year or take the same one again to show colleges that you learned from the experience and that you aren't just slacking off.

^^^
Why would a junior be worrying about his admission being rescinded? He wouldn't even be accepted yet...

oops....sorry about that I wasn't thinking straight!
