I was accepted ED to a top tier school, will I be rescinded if all of my grades are still A's except for a C one term (out of two per semester) in BC calc? My final grade should still be A/B range, it's just this one term that is bad.

Lol no. Chill.

depends to be honest. If your school gradebook program completely crashes and all the grades erased then no, if the college sees your final transcript then… Maybeee…

Idk. I’d rescind you.

No. It would be an embarrassment of huge proportions for a college to rescind an otherwise A level student for one C in one semester of an advanced class. Relax.

Not a chance. I generally hear that if your GPA drops over a point and you get multiple C’s or a D, most top tier schools will consider rescinding. You are in absolutely no trouble.

So I should be okay?

I think you’re fine. I wouldn’t fret. Good luck :)

What do you need to do to actually get rescinded from a top level school? Mid level?

they may warn you, but they probs wont do anything for one C just get it up next term/semester.

Hmm…okay, thanks everyone. I’m working on getting it up, but just in case…

You won’t be rescinded for one C. Probably not even for one D, though you’d probably get a warning for that one.
