<p>What does it take to get rescinded from MIT? If I get all As, except for a C+ (academic) + B in a Gym course will I be rescinded?</p>

<p>All Second Semester. I attend a top-flight school where such grades aren't that much below average. In fact, they're probably above average, if we count the C+ as a couple of Bs.</p>
<p>You’ll be fine. Worst case, they send you a letter asking what’s up. But I don’t even think that’ll happen.</p>
<p>After getting accepted, I spent most of my academic time on music composition and independent computer science research; half my senior year grades were B’s and C’s. As long as you don’t commit any crimes or otherwise embarrass MIT, you’ll likely be fine.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure I got a C in gym my senior year. My parents were way more upset than any college was.</p>
<p>You will not be rescinded. I had a C second semester senior year and nothing happened to me although I was freaking out at the time, thinking I’d have to go to community college, now that I rejected my offers from everywhere else…haha</p>
