Residency Verification

Anyone else having a hard time verifying that they are in state?

I'd call the residency people, but they never answer the phone.

I send them what they want, but they keep asking for more! Why don't they just ask for it all at once? -_-

"Proof of establishment of Florida as a bona fide domicile by the claimant including: Homestead Exemption evidencing occupancy of your primary residence in Florida, Declaration of Domicile completed 12 months prior to the first day of classes, and/or proof of full-time permanent employment in Florida. Documentation must cover the full 12 month period.

OR

Verification of Mother's physical presence in Florida for the past 12 months as of the first day of classes for the term you wish to attend UCF. This may be done by submitting a copy of Mother's lease, employment verification, etc. Documentation must cover the full 12 month period."

My family's english is very bad so they don't understand what to submit and I don't know anything about paperwork. Do they want a paycheck from work? A tax return?

They’re asking for proof of my citizenship. They asked for this before and I sent them a copy of my passport and it was off my to-do list… And now it’s on there again. What more do they want from me?! D:!

I was sent these papers in the mail. Im applying as a transfer for spring 2011. Does this mean it’s a good sign and I could possibly be accepted?

@Mizz That sucks :frowning: But I feel you…I’ve sent them atleast 4 documents

@mbernal Unfortunately, it doesn’t mean anything. They send that to everyone that applies.
