Resume Questions

I have alot of activities and internships, but none of them I feel strong enough to absolutely love them. I'm currently doing a lot of internships and activites revolving around China and Korea. I have one Korean internship, taking Chinese 1 as a senior, co-founder of an Asian business/shop, and continuing Kung Fu.
I also have a lot of experience in business, with an internship at two hotels, volunteer at multiple conference meetings, help coordinate and organize conference, co-founder of a business, DECA etc.

The problem is is that I do not feel passionate towards any of these things above. And now for the common app, I listed I wanted to do International Studies-Middle Eastern Studies and Arabic studies. And I don't think anything above pertains to it. I truly want to do something that revolves around Middle Eastern and Turkish Affairs, and maybe minor in business or take a major that also revolves around business.

So should I state that I want that as my major? Or should i be vague and just say International Studies. I just dont want to confuse them, and make me look unstable or something, as if my mind always changes. (I never was really passionate towards Asian studies or business, just did it to learn more and explore my options, I always preferred European and Middle Eastern Studies)
I am also white and part asian/hispanic.

No need to apologize for doing things to explore your options and interests at the time. I think that if you have specific goals in mind that it is good to talk about them. Colleges understand that your interests might continue to change and evolve. I wouldn’t get too hung up on having your EC’s exactly match your proposed major. But if there is something you can do to explore that area you should certainly do it, but it is not required.
