Retake a 680CR (international)?

Hello. I am an international student applying to 5 ivy league schools, including Brown.
My SAT superscore is 2200 (680cr, 790m, 730w). I’ve already taken the test 3 times, and the first time my cr score was 510. it then improved to 620 and to 680. So my question is: is it reasonable to take the test again in January if I feel I might finally get over that 700 threshold? Will it make any difference? It’s also a matter of money, because it’s going to cost $80 dollars for the test, and then about $70 to send the score reports.
My SAT II scores are M2 790, Ph 740. GPA 3.97
Ivy League is my dream, please help.
Thanks in advance

I would not advise it since, in my opinion, an extra 30, or even 70 points aren’t going to make any difference in admission. I got in with a 690 in CR, 790 in Math and 680 in Writing. In terms of test scores, you’re good to go.

It would not mean much. I got deferred and I had a 2300 and 760 in CR. It seems like Brown does not care about scores at all.

I doubt this will impact your chances significantly, as SAT scores are only part of the admissions process, and your CR score is by no means poor (Brown’s range is 660-750). I mean, I got a 680 CR and got deferred Wharton, although plenty of my friends who had scores significantly higher scores than me were straight out rejected. Ivy Leagues are really good schools in that when they say they read your application holistically, they really do - otherwise the range would be something like 750-800.

However, if you’re really insecure about it, and you feel like you have to time, feel free to re-take, you can only go up.
