I took the SAT in October and got 2200. (680CR, 800M, 720W)
I feel that I can do better on CR because in majority of my practice tests, I can score ~750.

But here is the thing: I've been really busy with my school stuff and I barely had any time to study/review the two other sections. So if I go tomorrow, I can probably pull up my CR to ~750 but idk about the other two sections.

Is it worth it to retake it tomorrow? Or should I wait for January and send the score directly to colleges? (would that be too late?) Or should I not retake it at all.

I'm applying to Ivies (my dream is Wharton), btw.

I would because you have room for improvement in that area and can potentially score higher, especially if your desired school lets you superscore.

Many ivies including Upenn superscore you should retake and for a highly competitive school, 680CR is not good, if it was 680W, then it would be a different story. One thing to keep in mind is that Upenn does require you to submit entire testing history (you must) so a very low score on other 2 area’s in recent test will not look good holistically speaking. How are your SAT subject test scores?

Your SAT II scores are very good, assuming your GPA and EC’s are within range, you should improve this 680CR. If you were busy in school and couldn’t prepare for test that’s fine, your GPA is always more important than improve this 680. Did you take the test today? If not yes, take it in January and send it directly along with your current score. They say they look at your best scores.

sanwal, thank you for your reply. I changed my registration for SAT to January. I don’t think I can do well on this one because I’m for sure not well prepared. I can definitely use my christmas break to study for it and get a good score in January. Thanks again! =)
