So I checked my June 2012 scores:

Composite: 33
English: 33
Math: 32
Reading: 34
Science: 33
Essay: Not online yet

For not doing any studying other than 10 English questions and skimming the essay chapter of Barron's ACT 36 (still haven't received essay score), I feel I did well for my first time. However, my goal was a 34-35, and I am looking to apply to Ivies and other schools where 34 is "average/mode" (according to a college book from a few years ago). I don't know what happened on math, as I feel that should have been my highest score. (All of the scores seemed backwards from my SATs). Other than taking as many practice tests as possible, is there any advice for improving each section by 2+ points? I have the red book, but I just haven't looked at it very closely, but I definitely plan to for the September ACT.

P.S. mymaxscore.com is having a discount on their ACT course until June 30th (75% off). They guarantee to raise a person's score by at least 3 points (or money back), so I'm considering it to reach a 36. Has anyone taken this course and if so, is it worth my time or is designed for people who have not yet taken the ACT/are scoring below 30ish? Thanks for your help.
