Rethinking my Sophomore Schedule

So I’m registering for classes in a week and I used to be pretty positive that this would be my schedule:
English II Honors
AP World History
Math III Honors/Precalculus Honors
French II
AP Enviromental Science
Chemistry Honors
AP Psychology

But now I’m having second thoughts about doubling up math classes. If I did double up, then I would take AP Calculus AB/BC junior year and AP statistics senior year. If I don’t double up, should I take another AP class? Other classes available would be AP Human Geography or AP US Government. So if I didn’t double up then my schedule could possibly be this:
English II Honors
AP World History
Math III Honors
AP Human Geography or AP US Government
French II
AP Enviromental Science
Chemistry Honors
AP Psychology

Basically what I’m trying to say is, should I double up on math classes or take a 4th AP?

Also I’m not trying to stack up on AP classes but I’m actually interested in the subjects taught!
