<p>In one of my admissions essay I talk about something that I haven't told any of my friends or family members yet so I really can't go to them for like a peer review, I would reall appreciate it if someone could critique it for me.</p>

<p>Hi. I literally joined this site 5 minutes ago. I just read a post that said trusting someone without any posts isn’t a good idea, and if I were you I probably wouldn’t trust me based on that—My word may not mean much, but I am planning on being a writer so if anything I can be overly fond of my own ideas (not to mention a bit self-indulgent when it comes to writing 
The reason I am offering, is because I’m also writing on a subject I DEFINITELY wouldn’t want my family to read, and I know that’s been difficult for me (though I started really late…like yesterday…) Anyway, I am very close with my absolutely brilliant english teacher, but if I didn’t have her, I don’t know what I would do considering my mother is an English major and has always edited my papers.
Sorry for the long message, just hoping I might be able to help someone who happens to be in the same boat that I was in, but if you don’t feel comfortable sending it, I take no offense :)</p>
