i got into revelle too! from a bit (a lot) of researching i’ve gathered that it has:
- really hard GEs (so does ERC)
- mediocre food but its not terrible
- old dorms but i think some have been renovated
- decent social scene
- probably the best for science majors/pre med

this being said, i don’t actually attend, so idk how true this all is.

GE: Can’t really say. Haven’t been a revelle student
mediocre: This was certainly the case before, but I think they changed it up a bit this year and it was a pretty good improvement.
Dorms: Blake and Agro is like a prison. And not all revelle students live at agro or blake either tho. There are some newer buildings area too.
Social scene: I don’t really think that has anything to do with your college at all. As a matter of fact, I felt like revelle students have very minimum college spirit ( their students dont show up to spirit events as much as other colleges do). But with that said, I feel like the older revelle building really promote knowing people because of how awkwardly crowded it is.
Science/pre-med: As far as I can tell, the GE thing might be true only to a slight extent. The real distinction is that many of the science classes and science professor offices are housed in revelle.

The amount of GE’s really are horrid, the 5 humanities sequence is just depressing. That said, what people don’t realize is you can AP out of a good majority of them if you took the right classes, barring the humanities sequence and american cultures requirement, which just requires 1 class.
