Reynolds

Is anyone here a current student or a past one who is living or has lived in Reynolds?

I received an email about a week or two back saying I had been accepted into Reynolds and when I contacted housing to talk about my choices, they told me that I had virtually no chance at any other house(due to my priority number being in the 5000s. After being told this I said yes to Reynolds.

So my questions are, how is it living there?
and how strict are they with the wellness program oath? Cause I can see myself being a person who smokes an occasional cigar.

It is one of the nicely renovated suite style dorms but you do have to agree to the wellness lifestyle and purchase a meal plan. I don't know what would happen if you did not follow the wellness rules. I thought Parent2Noles had a daughter that lived there so he might be able to tell you more.

Yeah I already agreed to the wellness program and I plan on purchasing meal plan(couldn't see myself surviving without it, lol). The only thing I didn't like about it as well as the other dorms I saw was that the rooms were really small and I could see things becoming crowded easily.

Other than that I have no problem living there other than the strictness of the program. If it turns out to be really strict, then I guess I'll have to follow it.

Per the floor plan <a href="http://www.housing.fsu.edu/housing/ungrad/reyfloor.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.housing.fsu.edu/housing/ungrad/reyfloor.html</a>
the dimensions are 16'8" x 12'2". It would not be crowded unless perhaps you are in a triple.

Meh trust me, with all the furniture in there its pretty crowded, triples are even worst. Its one of the reasons I wanted to get a single but people told me not to

My younger daughter lived in Reynolds last year and enjoyed it. It's very social. She made lots of friends and had a super roommate.

Thanks, thats makes me feel better. I wanted a place where I could easily socialize. It would ease getting adjusted to college life.
