Well I got assigned to Reynolds Hall, seems nice but I'm wondering what are the good things and bad things about it? Anyone who has lived there I would much appreciate it! Thank you

I lived in Reynolds Hall on the 4th floor last (my freshman year). Its a nice hall with good sized rooms (with a few exceptions). Its suite style with most of the rooms double with a few triples. Each floor is split male/female. It has nice study rooms. The hall has breezeways that connect it to Jennie Murphee and Bryan hall. Its also the wellness dorm so no drinking or smoking. The best part? You walk out of the side door and your at Suwannee Dining hall

How are the bathrooms? Is it sociable or you rarely see your neighbor? What type of meal plan did you get? I don’t have a clue which to get. How about laundry did you do your laundry their or did you take it to a laundry mat outside of the university. Cause I’m not too good with laundry haha. Thank you very much!

-Well since it suite style you share a bathroom with your roommate and suitemates next door. The bathrooms are nice ( standard toilet and shower) but its up to you to clean them. The sinks are in your rooms. On every floor (except the 4th) there are tub rooms if you feel you need to take a bath.

-I thought it was pretty social but I guess it depends on the people in the dorm. The RAs hold plenty of socials throughout the year

-What meal plan you get really depends on you. Do you cook at all? I got the 100 block but still had twenty something meals left at the end of the semester.

-I did my laundry in the dorm. Its located in the basement along with lounge area. Its convenient and you’ll get the hang of it soon enough.

Let me know if you have anymore question!!

Thanks! How is the parking? Did you join any student organizations you can recommend? How hard is it to get a football ticket knowing that I will be a junior transfer student? thank you I appreciate all the help you have given me.

Parking is a little crazy. I recommend keeping your car in a parking garage until the weekend when kids go home and arent on campus. You can also park in teacher lots during the weekend and after a certain time on weeknights. Some parking lots dont allow overnight parking so be careful of that.

Football tickets are generally easy to come by. I was a freshman last year and was never turned away from a game because they ran out of tickets.

I am a brother APhiO a coed service fraternity. I love it. Its alot of fun and I have met a TON of new people. Join something. It helps plug you in to the campus and makes it seem a lot smaller
