Rice early decision

I'm a rising senior at Harker (bay area private highschool), and as a side note we do not have ranks. I am half white (american) and half indian (from asia). I probably also will apply for financial aid. I have not visitied Rice yet (don't worry, I will visit before I definitely decide I want to apply ED there), but I have spent a lot of time researching it. I am also interested in U Mich and UT Austin.

Languages - Japanese, semi-proficient (studied at school for around 7 years, will not take AP course).

Interests: I would really like to double major in engineering and sports management (Rice is among the few schools that offer both). Sports are a passion of mine, but I cannot play, thanks to an injury in my shoulder, but I am still involved in the programs at my school (Announcer for home football/baseball/softball games).

Grades (on a 5 weighted scale):
Freshman 3.6
Sophomore 3.9
Junior 4.16
cumulative is about a 3.8 (will be higher by the time I graduate, I sort of just screwed around frosh year)
Besides freshman year, pretty much all A's in my classes, except for Japanese/English (B to B+).

SAT: 2250 (750/770/730)
ACT: 33
SAT Math 2 - 800
SAT Chem - 710

AP Classes taken - AP CS A (5) AP Calc AB (5) (I took honors chem/physics/bio)
Course load Senior year - AP physics C, 2 post-ap cs classes, honors calc c, ap psychology, non-ap english, Contemporary Japan (japanese culture class, non-ap)

Work experience
Last summer I worked at a bay area startup, doing software testing (Looxcie - Share life as you live it ... it's more fun that way). Paid job, worked for around 2 months
This summer I am currently working an office job (unpaid internship in corporate IT) at a very large chemical logistics company in Germany.

Volunteering
Tutoring club member (11-12), usually 1 hr/week for about 10weeks a year
I also volunteer a few hours a month at a school as part of my NHS program.

EC's
NHS (11-12)
Ultimate frisbee club (intramural) - Co-captain. Play a lot at school, just for fun
Model UN(11-12) Attend a few conferences a year. Co-captain
AYSO - Huge part of my life. I am a former player, and a current referee/volunteer. Ref a few games a month, and I volunteer in their disabled program for special needs children.
I will probably get my AYSO coach certification during my Senior year, and be an assistant coach for a season.

Thanks for the help, let me know if I missed anything

Rice: Reach
UMI: Match
UT-Austin: Match

Are you sure UCs aren’t for you?

I’m definitely applying to most UC’s (besides Riverside/Merced), but the problem is they don’t offer sports management as an undergrad degree. I would still love to go to any of them, but they are not my top choices.
Calculated unweighted GPA also, about 3.67 (for sophomore/Junior year)
