is it worth drivin from the houston area to Alabama to try Bojangles fried chicken and biscuits? Me and my friends are thinking about it

ummmm...

(10 char)

yeah... this is the most random topic i have seen in a while...

if you want to, go for it... personally i wouldn't though :D

One of my fish is named Mr. Bojangles.

it seems like a good idea - u get the memory and story

if i shouldnt go - where should i go to get some good chiken

bump bump bump

Just do it.

Yes.

You also need to go to Dreamland's BBQ. Best barbecue ever. There are several restaurants scattered throught bama so just go to the website. I think the original is in Tuscaloosa. You also need to get some of Milos Sweet Tea. I dont like any tea besides Milos.

this Dreamland's - is it fast food?

I don't think it's worth it..the biscuits are good, but not quite worth the gas money, and I don't even like sweet tea.

No. I really hope you are not driving from Houston to go through a drive-thru. Its a ribs place. I promise, its worth the drive. Its a eat-in restaurant. There is take out if you really want it. And they have their own sauce and it is sooo good!

You should concentrate on learning proper grammar before having a road trip.

Can I be your trip advisor? Only problem is that since I am a vegetarian there will be not fried chicken under my watch.

logisticslord - i was going to allow u to be our advisor but then u dropped the "nomeat" bomb

any more ideas

Zaxbys is pretty good too......

Zaxbys - what is that

You don't know Zaxbys either? You haven't lived at all...You don't need to go to bojangles its not that great. Neither is Zaxbys. Tenders is the best, but they're only in the city I live. Similar to Tenders (and Zaxbys) is Guthries and that was started down in Auburn. All three are pretty much the same. Tenders, fried or grilled, that come with a "special secret" sauce, which are all pretty much the same (ketchup and 1000island dressing, its pretty good, despite the way it sounds) that comes with texas toast, fries, and slaw.

Dreamland has to be your number one stop. Then Tenders/Zaxbys/Guthries, then Sonic, all along the way sipping on some of Milos, and then you can return home obese, just like half of the Alabama population

Everyone has already been to sonic...so there is no need for that

dude out all the places to go, alabama?!
