Rosen College and general requirements

Hey everyone! I've been accepted to UCF for Fall '11, but I'm a little confused as to how the Rosen College would play a part in my curriculum (I'm planning on majoring in Hospitality Management).

I'm basically done with my General Education requirements because I did a dual enrollment program for my last two years of high school, but I still have to take a math course and I definitely need to take introduction to hospitality. Does anyone know what general education courses are usually offered at the Rosen Campus? And if Freshmen are allowed to live and attend classes there right away?

My other option would be to finish all general courses at a local university and save money on rent, then go up to Orlando and transfer. That could get a little complicated so it would be my last resort.

Any advice/information/help would be great! Especially concerning freshmen at the Rosen College in general.

Yes, Freshman are allowed to live on the Rosen Campus and there is plenty of room at the dorms over there. There are a few GE’s offered there and also some online classes, but if they are not what you need, then there is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the main campus, operating all day. :~)
