Hey all, I keep reading that the school you go to doesn't make a huge difference. I got accepted to Rutgers and Ramapo, while rutgers is much more well known I'm not sure I really want the "huge school" experience. Ramapo is a lot smaller, I also like the laid back nature of the school. Would it be a mistake career-wise to go to Ramapo instead of Rutgers? Rutgers is actually ranked while it seems that Ramapo is relatively unknown, I do see grads at big 4 positions but not nearly as many as Rutgers, but at the same time Rutgers is a MUCH larger school.

Some help my way would be nice as well, what about TCNJ’s accounting program how would it compare to a Rutgers?

What you want to do is ask current accounting majors at TCNJ and Ramapo whether the big 4 recruits on campus. Based on that answer, you’ll know whether to go or not.
