Rutgers New Brunswick SAS Undecided to School of Nursing

I'm planning to transfer from the School of Arts and Sciences as an Undecided student to the School of Nursing next year. The School of Nursing requires a total of 24 credits the first year and a GPA of at least a 3.3. The curriculum found online lists these classes for first year nursing students:

Fall:
-Academic & Professional Development
-Expository Writing I
-Anthropology/Cultural Studies
-Elective
-Anatomy & Physiology I
-History/Political Science/Economics
(TOTAL: 17 CREDITS)

Spring:
-Intro to Sociology
-Research in Disciplines
-Trends in Health Care Delivery
-Humanities
-Anatomy & Physiology II
(TOTAL: 16 CREDITS)

In total, the number of credits for first year nursing students is 33. Should I try to take as many classes as a first year nursing student or just stick to the 24 credit rule? Would it be better to take just the required 24 credits?
Thank you in advance!
