Rutgers-Newark On-Campus Housing Parking Permit

<p>I was wondering if the parking permits can be purchased with Financial Aid, or do we have to pay out of pocket, I heard it was around $200 - $400 per semester for Rutgers-Newark, and I literally have a week before I move to the dorm, and don't have any parking permit yet!</p>

<p>Please help!</p>

<p>I just found out that it costs $465 per semester, and you have to pay out-of-pocket. At least I didn’t see any other option.</p>
