Rutgers vs. UDel for Business

How's the business school, specifically for an Accounting major, at Rutgers vs. Delaware? I'm currently torn between Rutgers Business School (In-State) and Delaware. Any advice would be appreciated...

rbs has really good recruiting, esp since rutgers is very close to the metro area where all the money’s at  and the rbs is rather competitive, which usually connotes that it is good, and it has a very good reputation among rutgers students and people in general.

udel, not really sure about its bs. but I thiiiink, not quite sure, that rutgers is more competitive than udel as a whole. Delaware’s kind of far from nyc, and I’m assuming that if you’re into business, you’d want to work in the city. proximity and location are somewhat important when it comes to recruitment.

those are my rather light two cents. hope this was a little helpful.

Thanks for your reply! I’m leaning toward UDel, but the in-state tuition at Rutgers is making the decision tough.

oh also how important is food quality to you? I’ve heard the food at udel is rather lacking, from multiple sources.

^Honestly, probably not going to be the deciding factor for me. Good to know though!

honestly Delaware is probably the most overrated school around.

sure the parties there are better but the education you get at Rutgers is much better than Delaware…

i might be mistaken but UDel business has never been ranked higher than Rutgers on any reputable ranking…

uhhh food at rutgers is pretty lacking as well…

Anyone else? I’m still undecided : /

robteller@ yeah, picture tillet or brower but 30000x worse :D

your an accounting major…actually go to UDEL

i dont want the competition ;)

lol at Oleosmirf, My biggest fear when I apply to the business school at Rutgers this July will be that all the other students applying will have a 4.0… They are out there somewhere and let’s hope they do not go to Rutgers
