I need a list of safety schools. I am graduating this year and am ranked at the top of my class with a 2300+ SAT. These schools need to be financial (high potential for full tuition scholarship) and admissions safeties.

Well it might be hard to get a full ride to a lot of the good privates so you might wanna look into public schools like UMich, UNC, or UVA. They’re all selective but with those test scores, you probably have a really good shot at them.

Are u an international? If so, then there won’t be any safeties if you apply for great amounts of FA at any private institution.

A 2300+ is not enough to determine the outcome of your apps. What are your ECs? How did u write your essays? The intangibles are crucial in making yourself distinct in loads of mediocre walking-4.0+2400s.

No, I am from the Midwest. For many safety schools, stats are all that are considered. But, if you’re curious, everything else is stellar. The only issue is that I need financial and admissions safeties that will take people this late in the cycle.

The only schools that have deadlines in February are ones that are considered to be third and fourth tier schools – which seems like a bit too much of a safety for someone of your caliber. Decent safeties for you would have been schools like Northeastern where you would’ve gotten close to a full ride – but those deadlines have all passed. Your only options are third and fourth tier, smaller privates.
