Carnegie Mellon

Match at Carnegie Mellon, Safe Match at NYU and Stern. Slight reach at Chicago and Cornell and big reach at Stanford and Columbia (due to being Asian, not enough ECs)

No, I think you have a good shot at just about all of them. A 2390, with a good GPA and SAT2s will have nearly every college at least seriously consider you.

Just because you don't have leadership, it doesn't mean you don't have passion. This is a serious misconception about EC's: people think things like band, newspaper, and such mean more to colleges. And they do, but only if people really care about them.

You seem to be involved in clubs and do volunteer work that you care about. If you do particularly care about Robotics, talk about it. Having done it and having been involved means more than a leadership position; the leadership position is merely confirmation of dedication and passion. You can still have it without the fancy title. This is especially true when it comes to clubs.

Yes, leadership skills are something colleges look for. But let's be real: anybody can stand up in front of a room and announce the community service projects for the next week. If the president of a club does this and then leaves to go buy lunch from the cafeteria, it means less to colleges than the club member who stays for the meetings, signs up for the projects, works and enjoys their helping of the community, and so on.

In short, definitely list Interact and Robotics.

acceptances at all except probably Stanford/upenn wharton. Your lack of a strong EC which you are passionate about is a big problem unless you do really care about something and communicate it in your essay.
