<p>No Dean’s list at SAIS. You need a “B” just to get course credit at SAIS so GPA’s tend to be high.
My recollection is that Phi Beta Kappa notification comes just a few days before commencement. It used to be by mail but perhaps today they also use some other form of communication.</p>
